ADMS operates in two strategic market channels.

Sponsored Channel: ADMS has established strong business partnerships with a variety of sponsoring organizations and uses the endorsement of these organizations when marketing products to their customers or members. They have become the partner of choice for many of the leading financial institutions, educational institutions, credit unions, associations, retailers, travel agents, car dealers and employer groups by responding to each partner's unique needs and developing customized programs for that partner. These customized programs range from a full package of product development, administrative, technology and marketing services to providing only products or a single service such as product underwriting. ADMS works directly with its business partners, as well as through brokers, agents, and third-party administrators. Products marketed in this channel include accidental death, supplemental health, life, credit, travel and student health insurance.

Direct Channel: To provide customers with convenience and access, ADMS offers its products directly to consumers primarily through TV, direct mail, telemarketing and the Internet. The main products marketed in this channel are life and supplemental health insurance, and non-insurance products. Since it provides unencumbered access to the consumer, the direct channel offers significant opportunities for product development and testing, and to cross-sell products to existing customers.
