Direct Channel: To provide customers with convenience and access, ADMS
offers its products directly to consumers primarily through TV, direct mail,
telemarketing, and the Internet. The main products marketed in this channel are
life and supplemental health insurance and non-insurance products. Since it
provides unencumbered access to the consumer, the direct channel offers
significant opportunities for product development and testing and to cross-sell
products to existing customers.
