Long term care policies provide insurance coverage to help meet the long term health care needs of consumers during retirement, and cover a wide range of care and services. Depending on the coverage, service can be provided in nursing homes, assisted living facilities and hospices, as well as by home health care agencies or by private care workers.

The LTC Division policies are sold through the worksite, to individuals and groups, and the division is proactive in assisting claimants and families at the first sign of an insured's deteriorating health. Employing nurses, licensed social workers and specialists, this division offers a wide range of resources, services and expertise to support policyholders and their families when they need it most.
