COMMON QUESTIONS What does AEGON N.V. do? Where is the program based? Is it possible to rotate into divisions at other AEGON company sites? Do candidates have input into which rotation/business they are assigned? What kind of work is associated with the rotations? What is the workload associated with the LDP? How does the class schedule run? What are the classes like? How does the evaluation process work? What if I am working on a CFA or other advanced designation? Some candidates in the program are currently working toward achieving their Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designations. The AEGON companies encourage all of their employees to pursue advanced designations. The AEGON companies support the costs of such education with prior approval of the Leadership Development Program Director and good performance in meeting the Program's requirements.
