COMMON QUESTIONS What does AEGON N.V. do? Where is the program based? Is it possible to rotate into divisions at other AEGON company sites? Currently, the Leadership Development Program rotations are located primarily in Cedar Rapids, Iowa and Louisville, Kentucky. Rotations in other sites are rare and could occur only under special circumstances. Some divisional assignments, however, involve operations at other AEGON sites due to the scope of projects and administrative functions in the LDP's primary sites. Several candidates have performed assignments that required them to work with other AEGON sites. Do candidates have input into which rotation/business they are assigned? What kind of work is associated with the rotations? What is the workload associated with the LDP? How does the class schedule run? What are the classes like? How does the evaluation process work? What if I am working on a CFA or other advanced designation? What are the salary and benefits in the program? Does the LDP consider international candidates?
