COMMON QUESTIONS What does AEGON N.V. do? Where is the program based? Is it possible to rotate into divisions at other AEGON company sites? Do candidates have input into which rotation/business they are assigned? What kind of work is associated with the rotations? What is the workload associated with the LDP? Approximately 90% of the work is performed in the divisional rotations. Candidates perform other workload responsibilities such as special and classroom assignments that may require 5-10 hours of work per week when classes are in session or the candidates are working on a special assignment. How does the class schedule run? What are the classes like? How does the evaluation process work? What if I am working on a CFA or other advanced designation?
