COMMON QUESTIONS What does AEGON N.V. do? Where is the program based? Is it possible to rotate into divisions at other AEGON company sites? Do candidates have input into which rotation/business they are assigned? What kind of work is associated with the rotations? What is the workload associated with the LDP? How does the class schedule run? What are the classes like? How does the evaluation process work? Candidates are evaluated at the midpoint and end of the rotation. Periodic informal meetings also occur during the rotation at varying intervals. Candidates are evaluated primarily on rotational assignment performance and to a much lesser extent, coursework performance. What if I am working on a CFA or other advanced designation?
