Leadership Development Program (LDP) positions are designed primarily for candidates with graduate degrees and at least four years of experience demonstrating strong leadership potential. Masters of Business Administration degrees are preferred, but qualifying candidates with non-MBA graduate degrees and strong, transferable experience (functional or specific to the financial services industry) are encouraged to apply.
Opportunities in the Leadership Development Program are regular, full time positions with assignments located primarily in Cedar Rapids, Iowa and Louisville, Kentucky.
Applications for the Leadership Development Program are accepted between September 1st and October 31st of each calendar year. Applicants wishing to submit resumes outside of this time period may contact the LDP Director as the position posting does not remain active on the website year-round. Resumes may be collected throughout the year, but may not be acted upon outside of the application period. Candidates interested in learning more about the Program are encouraged to contact the LDP Director at any time.
