	Placement is the process by which the LDP candidate secures a position after successful completion of the program. Primary ownership of placement rests with each candidate. Candidates, however, have a wide variety of resources that enable them to have tremendous influence on the post-program placement. Examples of resources assisting program participants are:
	Rotational managers Senior divisional leaders LDP director Candidate mentors Human resources professionals Program steering committee members Other candidates
