PROGRAM OVERVIEW LDP is a dynamic, experience-based program combining divisional assignments, foundational coursework, and leadership training. Two to four cross-functional rotations over two years provides high potential leaders the broad-based learning experiences helpful in developing key leadership skills. Formal coursework designed to train candidates in the knowledge, skills and leadership competencies valued in the financial services industry. Candidates will work alongside proven high performers and with experienced managers. Candidates are mentored by a senior leader, gaining insights into career options at an AEGON company. Frequent formal and informal evaluations give candidates valuable performance feedback to guide their professional development. Successful completion of the LDP positions candidates for a variety of career opportunities with an AEGON company.
