PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS Candidates must meet one of the following profiles: Possess an MBA or similar advanced business degree from an accredited program, plus at least four years of relevant work and leadership experience. Have earned an advanced degree in law, accounting, computer science or other business-related field, along with at least six years of relevant work experience and four years leadership experience. Undergraduate educational backgrounds in finance, accounting, actuarial science, information technology and marketing, while not required, can provide candidates with a foundation to build their insurance and financial services knowledge. All candidates must possess: Solid academic credentials Demonstrated leadership skills Relevant work experiences Strong analytical and conceptual skills Career focus and initiative Versatile interpersonal skills Solid communication skills High tolerance for ambiguity
